Community Help Finder app for iPhone and iPad

The Community Help Finder app allows you to connect more easily with local assistance providers. With the app just select a community, then a category of assistance to find an organization near you that provides help with food, housing, clothes, health care, education, work, legal services, youth services, animal welfare, or disaster assistance. You can also use the apps search function to quickly find assistance providers identified by the Community Help Finder. Simply enter a zip code, city, type of assistance, or other key terms to generate a list of providers.
